| Merchants Win Best of Seven Series 4-0 | | February 27th, 2010 | | LITTLE BRITAIN - The MoJacks season came to an end tonight when they dropped game 4 of the best of 7 series against the Little Britain Merchants by a 3 - 2 score. The Jacks' fell behind early in the opening frame giving up a shorthanded and powerplay goal with the period ending 2 - 0 in favor of the Merchants. The Jacks' finally got on the scoresheet halfway through the 2nd period when Brock Smith scored, assisted by Andrew Rhynold and Corey Durward. But the Merchants jumped ahead with their 3rd goal of the night early in the final frame leaving the Jacks' in a big hole. With just over 4 minutes left in the game, MoJacks Cory Finney converted a pass from Mark Yule to bring them within one, but that was it although the Jacks' had a couple good chances in the final minute.
